Safety Leader Names Mark Decker as Sr VP, Global Human Resources

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources.

Mark comes to KSS with 25 years of global automotive industry experience. His career has spanned multiple
plant, division and corporate HR roles with Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation, Meridian Automotive
Systems and Fisker Automotive.More recently, he has served as the Vice President, Chief Human Resources
Officer for Nexteer Automotive.
