Tom Dono is the
Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel of
Key Safety Systems, Inc. In this position, he is responsible
for managing the worldwide legal affairs of KSS and its
subsidiaries.
Mr. Dono possesses extensive corporate and law firm
experience. Prior to joining KSS in May 2009, he served as
Division Counsel for Delphi Corporation's global steering
business. Prior to that, Mr. Dono was Assistant General
Counsel of Metaldyne Corporation and an associate with the
international law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati
and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
Mr. Dono graduated magna cum laude from the State University
of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Management and Economics. He also holds a Juris
Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law and is admitted to
practice in California, Michigan and New York.
